I am a freelance photographer as well as a licensed Realtor.  I will go out to your listing whether vacant or occupied, prepare high-quality photos of the property and copy them to a disk for you.  Your photos can be picked up from my office in Mission Beach or delivered for a $5 fee.

Often times a buyer won’t even consider a home without pictures.
